If you don’t ask, you don’t get! Here we focus on some of our most frequently asked questions to help you through the purchase of plastic cards.
Will I see an artwork proof before the cards are printed to ensure my instructions have been understood?
Yes. A proof will be supplied to you for approval either by email or in the case of our full colour process an actual finished card.
What if I don’t like the design or a mistake has been made on the proof?
No problem. We will alter the proof as necessary, until you are completely satisfied. Only then will we proceed in printing your cards.
What if I have my own design in mind?
We are more than happy to accept your own design. Please see our artwork page for software compatibility.
Do you have an express service?
Yes. Our standard terms are 10 working days from artwork approval and receipt of payment. However, we also offer an express service.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required upon placing your order and is non refundable in the event of you cancelling your order.
When is the balance of payment due?
Once you have approved your artwork proof, we require the balance of payment in order that we can proceed with completing your order.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is 50 cards.
How do I request a free sample pack?
Just telephone or email us, or fill in the request form, and we will send one to you. If you are interested in a particular card or print colour please let us know.
How will I receive my order?
For mainland UK deliveries we use a guaranteed parcel delivery service which operates Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, please telephone for details and costs.
