What are your Eco-degradable cards made from?
These cards use a new, ground-breaking material for both the core and overlay that is both 100% degradable and fully recyclable.

What size are your cards?
We can provide cards in a number of sizes, but as standard we print credit card size (86mm x 54mm) and key fob size (54mm x 28mm) cards.

How thick are your cards?
Our cards are credit card thickness (760 micron or 0.76mm) but we can also offer thinner, more flexible cards. Just ask for details or order one of our sample packs to see examples.

Will I see an artwork proof before the cards are printed to ensure my instructions have been understood?
Yes. A proof will be supplied to you for approval either by email or in the case of our full colour process an actual finished card.

What if I don’t like the design or a mistake has been made on the proof?
No problem. We will alter the proof as necessary, until you are completely satisfied. Only then will we proceed in printing your cards.

What if I have my own design in mind?
We are more than happy to accept your own design. Please see our artwork page for software compatibility.

Do you charge more for double sided print?

We are happy to print double sided for no extra charge on our full colour cards.

Do you have an express service?
Yes. Our standard terms are 10 working days from artwork approval and receipt of payment. However, we also offer an express service.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required upon placing your order and is non refundable in the event of you cancelling your order.

When is the balance of payment due?
Once you have approved your artwork proof, we require the balance of payment in order that we can proceed with completing your order.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is 50 cards.

How do I request a free sample pack?
Just telephone or email us, or fill in the request form, and we will send one to you. If you are interested in a particular card or print colour please let us know.

How will I receive my order?
For mainland UK deliveries we use a guaranteed parcel delivery service which operates Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, please telephone for details and costs.
